Project details

Completed in Q3 2019, One Thousand Museum is an ultra-luxury condominium development located at 1000 Biscayne Boulevard in Miami’s Park West neighborhood. One Thousand Museum was designed by Pritzker Award-winning architect Zaha Hadid and developed by Louis Birdman, Gregg Covin, Kevin Venger, and Regalia Group. It was built at a cost of $280 million. One Thousand Museum rises 62 stories and includes 84 museum-quality residences. The residences are composed of 70 half-floor units, 10 full-floor penthouses, and 4 duplex townhouses. The full-floor residences have 9,910 interior square feet plus terraces, while the half-floor residences range in size from 4,599 to 4,822 interior square feet plus terraces. The townhouse residences offer sizes from 8,060 to 8,102 interior square feet plus terraces. One Thousand Museum was featured on a PBS documentary called “Impossible Builds – The Scorpion Tower“. In 2020, celebrities David and Victoria Beckham purchased one of the full-floor penthouses at One Thousand Museum for $20M.
