Completed in 2017, Prive Island Residences was developed by Gary Cohen and BH3 Management and designed by Sieger Suarez while the interiors of Prive were designed by Interiors by Steven G. Each tower of Prive Aventura rises 16 stories and has just 74 condo residences comprised of two-, three-, four-, and five-bedroom floor plans (see Prive floor plans).
