Project details
Completed in 2004, Brickell Arch (formerly called Espirito Santo Plaza) is a mixed-use building comprised of condominiums, hotel, and office space. Located in Miami’s Financial District, Brickell Arch rises 36 floors and includes 116 condo residences comprised of studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom floor plans plus penthouses. The condos offer fabulous views of the city and water. The hotel brand at Brickell Arch is the Conrad Hotel which occupies 225,000 square feet of the building’s overall space. Attached to the rear of the building is a 12-story parking garage with a walking bridge leading to the second floor.
