Surfside used to be full of old hotels and residences along the beach, but today it’s a very different story. The Chateau Group is just one developer that is bringing extremely luxurious condo buildings to this property, and one of its latest projects is the Chateau Ocean Surfside. The preconstruction Chateau Ocean Surfside will have the most prestigious address in the 9300 block of Collins Avenue. This means that future residents will be close to the beach and some of the best shopping in the area. Bal Harbour Shops is just three blocks away, and it’s where future residents will find shops filled with the creations of top designers and restaurants by celebrity chefs. Every resident will be entitled to receive the fabulous amenities that come with living in Chateau Ocean’s Surfside condominium.
