Flamingo South Beach is a 15-story, bayfront condominium development located in South Beach. Originally built in 1960 as an apartment complex, Flamingo South Beach was converted to condominiums in 2010 by MCZ Development Corp and Centro Properties. Flamingo South Beach is the southernmost tower of the three-tower development called Flamingo Point. It has a total of 562 condo residences comprised of studios, one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans (see Flamingo South Beach floor plans). The units at Flamingo South Beach South Tower feature hurricane-impact-resistant windows, central air conditioning, and a private balcony (for non-studio residences). The north and center towers of Flamingo Point are apartment dwellings owned by AIMCO. Flamingo Point was designed by award-winning architect Bernard Zyscovich.
