Fortune House is a 29-story, condo-hotel development located in Miami’s burgeoning Brickell neighborhood. Completed in 1998, Fortune House has 296 units comprised of one- and two-bedroom floor plans ranging in size from 600 to 950 interior square feet. They feature a stacked washer/dryer, walk-in closet, and balcony with views of the water and/or city. Fortune House was designed by the Miami-based architecture firm Bermello Ajamil & Partners. Units at Fortune House can be rented on a short-term or long-term basis. Owners have the option of placing their units in the Fortune House hotel program or renting them on their own. If placed in the hotel program, the units may be rented on a daily basis. However, if owners rent the units on their own, the minimum lease term at Fortune House is six months.
