All units are fully finished and furnished – down to the silver cutlery; with prices from $800,000 to $15.5 million.
Units at W South Beach Condo Hotel and Residences have 9-foot ceilings. There are several floor plans ranging in size from a 564-square-foot studio with a bar to a 1,729-square-foot, two-bedroom, two-bathroom studio with a full kitchen. Five 1350-square-foot bungalows are available right on the Atlantic Ocean.
