The tower is 200 m high and has 63 floors. The 900 Biscayne building is currently the fourth tallest building in Miami and the state of Florida, behind the Four Seasons Hotel Miami, the Wachovia Financial Center and the Marquis Miami. It is also the second tallest residential building in the city and state. 900 Biscayne Bay is located across the street from Ten Museum Park, another recently completed residential Miami skyscraper, near Bicentennial Park and the American Airlines Arena, north of Biscayne Boulevard. It is also adjacent to the Park West Metromover station. The 900 Biscayne condominium tower is part of a series of skyscrapers along Biscayne Boulevard known as the Biscayne Wall. The building, which was originally going to be 217 m high and had 65 floors, underwent a reduction in height during its construction and a decorative spire on the roof and two floors were removed from the final plans. The 1.5 million-square-foot (139,000 m²) 900 Biscayne tower features 516 residential condominiums and 800 parking spaces. There are eleven typical units on each of the lower floors, with split-level townhouses and penthouses on the upper floors. The lower three floors of the 900 Biscayne condominium consist of a three-story lobby, retail shops, restaurant, and outdoor café.
