Property Highlights
The Panorama Tower building is a planned skyscraper of condominiums and office towers in Brickell, in downtown Miami, Florida. It was originally approved by the City of Miami and the Federal Aviation Administration in 2006. The building was to house 82,000 m of offices, 2,800 m2 of commercial premises and 650 homes. Its proposed height was about 259 metres (848 ft) with 74 floors. On Panorama Tower Avenue there are already two buildings that are part of an office complex known as Panorama Tower Avenue. The North Tower has 19 floors and the South Tower has 11. Construction of the skyscraper would require the demolition of the South Tower, which was sold in May 2005 for $70,000,000. The original proposal was put on hold during the recession but has been revived in 2011 as a 724-unit residential building, and developer Tibor Hollo has stated that it is one of his next projects, along with One Bayfront Plaza. The complex is large for downtown, at 3.2 acres, and spans from Brickell Avenue to Brickell Bay Drive
