Altessa at Wilton Manors is a new Lennar townhome community in Wilton Manors, Broward, within walking distance of Wilton Drive, the city's shopping and dining heart. The construction is built for Florida's climate: concrete block, concrete roof tiles, impact-resistant glass windows and doors, and a hurricane-resistant garage door with an automatic remote-control opener. Inside, the kitchen comes with a stainless steel appliance package, quartz countertops, contemporary 36-inch cabinets with brushed nickel hardware and 18"x18" porcelain tile on the first floor.
The community has ten townhome models in two and three stories. The five two-story models —Astor, Chelsea, Fulton, Hudson and Marlo— run from 1,485 to 1,738 interior sq ft, with 3 to 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and a 1- or 2-car garage depending on the model. Soma, also two stories but a corner unit, adds up to 1,898 sq ft with 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, the two-story model with the most bathrooms in the community. The four three-story Skyview models —Astor, Marlo, Noir and Soma— reach up to 2,374 sq ft, with 3 to 4 bedrooms, 3.0 to 4.0 bathrooms, a 2-car garage and a third level with a terrace and a game room.
