Amenities
According to the building's MLS listings.
Buying from abroad, maintenance, renting and financing.
Yes. In the United States a foreign buyer can purchase a residential condo. You can buy in your own name or through an LLC, and PFS coordinates the structure, the financing and a remote closing.
The fee varies by unit and size, and each MLS listing publishes its own. An advisor confirms in writing the fee for the unit you're interested in, and what it covers, before you make an offer.
That's set by the building's association, which defines the minimum lease term. The MLS doesn't publish it reliably, so an advisor confirms it with the association before you buy.
The pet policy is set by the building's association and may include size or number limits. An advisor confirms it in writing before you make an offer.
According to the latest MLS update, there are 4 units for sale at Golf Cottages 2, from USD $725,000 up to USD $890,000, and 9 for rent. You can see the live list above.
PFS helps you access financing as a foreign buyer. The terms (down payment, rate and term) depend on your profile and the lender, and they're confirmed in writing before you commit.
PFS Realty is one company for the whole process: financing, purchase, property management and insurance. We've spent more than 24 years working with buyers from Colombia, Mexico, Venezuela and the rest of Latin America, in Spanish, with support before and after closing.
