Is there a cost?
No. The meeting is free, with no obligation to buy.
Can I bring someone?
Yes. When you reserve, tell us how many people are coming, up to two.
What happens after I reserve?
You get a confirmation by email, and someone from the PFS Realty team messages you on WhatsApp to arrange the details.
Do I need to have all the money ready to invest?
Not necessarily. In many cases it's enough to have 50% of the amount you want to invest available; for the other 50% we help you access financing, subject to bank approval. We are not financial advisors; we help you access financing.
Can I get financing as a foreigner?
Yes. Some banks lend to non-residents without requiring a US credit history. We help you access those options and support you through the application. We are not financial advisors; we help you access financing.
Do I have to travel to Miami?
No. Many of our clients buy 100% remotely, from Colombia or Mexico. Your meeting in Mexico City is, in fact, the way to move forward without traveling yet.
Who manages the property when I'm not there?
We do. We find tenants, handle rent and maintenance, and report to you every month.
Is there parking? What should I wear?
Yes, there is parking. The dress code is casual, no sneakers.
Will it be streamed online?
No. This time the event won't be streamed, but on pfsrealty.com you'll find our services, properties and project videos.
