The development

1428 Brickell: YTECH's 70-story tower in Miami's financial district, with a solar façade unlike anywhere else in the world

189 residences from 1,800 to 12,090 square feet, designed by ACPV Architects (Antonio Citterio and Patricia Viel) with Arquitectonica as architect of record, delivery expected by late 2027

1428 Brickell is a 70-story residential tower on Brickell Avenue, in the heart of Miami's financial district, developed by Ytech (Ytech – 1428 Brickell, LLC). The full collection totals 189 private residences, all with direct views of Biscayne Bay, marketed by Cervera Real Estate. The project is in the pre-construction stage, with delivery estimated for late 2027.

The design is by ACPV Architects, the studio of Antonio Citterio and Patricia Viel, with Arquitectonica as architect of record. According to the developer, the tower is the world's first high-rise residential tower partially powered by solar energy: more than 500 photovoltaic panels integrated into glass along the west façade —more than 20,000 square feet of power-generating glass— make up what Ytech calls the building's "Solar Backbone."

The 189 residences share 80,000 square feet of exclusive-use amenities, spread across more than three levels at the top of the tower, with views starting at 860 feet. Private, 24-hour controlled access, with a guardhouse and an entrance exclusive to residents.

Frequently asked questions

Yes. As a Colombian, Mexican or Venezuelan buyer, we guide you through every step: the 4-stage payment structure, financing and the legal process, with no residency or visa required.

60% is paid at closing, once the tower has already been delivered. Only 40% is paid beforehand, spread across contract, groundbreaking and structural completion, not all upfront.

That price corresponds to residences between 1,800 and 10,000 sq ft, with direct views of the bay and the Atlantic, in a 70-story tower with 80,000 sq ft of private amenities.

The developer's (Ytech) available material doesn't publish the exact HOA fee amount yet. We'll confirm it in writing, along with what it covers, before you reserve.

PFS Realty is a single company for the whole process: financing, purchase, property management and insurance. We have spent more than 24 years working with buyers from Colombia, Mexico, Venezuela and the rest of Latin America, in their own language and with support before and after closing.
