The development

Bentley Residences: the world's first residential tower signed by Bentley Motors

216 residences on 200 feet of private beach in Sunny Isles Beach, with a Dezervator sky garage

Bentley Residences offers 216 condominiums on 200 feet of private beach in Sunny Isles Beach, inside a 63-story tower that Dezer Development is delivering in late 2027/2028. Each residence starts at USD $5,800,000 and includes a private Dezervator car elevator straight to your unit's door, something no other building in Florida offers today. It's the first time in the world that the Bentley brand has signed a complete residential building.

The developer is Dezer Development, founded in 1970 by Michael Dezer and today led by Gil Dezer — the same firm behind Trump Grande, Porsche Design Tower and Residences by Armani/Casa, all in Sunny Isles Beach. The architecture is by Sieger Suarez Architects, responsible for the faceted facade that sets the tower apart on the beach skyline. Bentley Motors, founded in 1919, is lending its name to a complete residential building for the first time, rather than just a branded finish or piece of furniture.

The Dezervator sky garage takes the owner's car up to the door of their residence through four robotic elevators, with an ocean view the whole way up. It's the same mechanism other Sunny Isles Beach towers already use, but here it's paired with Bentley's design and brand reputation.

Investment opportunity

Why invest in this area?

Dezer Development has been building in Sunny Isles Beach since 1995, and is recognized as one of the firms behind the area's revival, with towers like Trump Grande, Porsche Design Tower and Residences by Armani/Casa. Bentley Residences is their next step: the first time the Bentley brand has signed a complete residential building anywhere in the world, on 200 feet of private beach. It's a stretch of coastline that no longer exists unbuilt in this part of Florida — the buying case isn't the promise of more supply, it's that this combination of location and brand doesn't repeat.
