The developer groups the 233 residences into three price tiers: 111 studios and junior suites from USD $500,000, with access to shared office space; 40 junior suites + den from USD $700,000, each with a separately deeded private office; and 82 one-bedroom residences (with or without den) from USD $800,000, also with a deeded private office. Only the first tier is at the price shown on the cover.

The floor plan set publishes studios from 434 total sq ft, junior suites up to 806 sq ft with terrace, junior suites with den up to 618 sq ft, one-bedroom residences up to 942 sq ft (in the ground-floor Lanai-type units, with an extended terrace) and one-bedroom-with-den up to 776 sq ft. All 233 residences are delivered fully finished and furnished.
