The community sits minutes from Black Point Park and Marina and the Redland farming region, west of US-1 with direct access to the rest of Miami-Dade.
Unlike many Lennar communities still in pre-construction, Vivant already has real inventory available today — including move-in ready homes — so there's no need to wait for construction to finish to see it and buy.

Vivant is at 27200 SW 162nd Ave, Homestead, FL 33031, near SW 272nd Street, in the Redland area. Lennar's brochure and price sheet agree on this corner; an earlier community sheet cited a different intersection (SW 280th St / SW 157th Ave), which doesn't match the real units confirmed on listing portals.
