Yes. The tower is built and delivered, and the amenities are running. It is not bought off plan: you can walk the unit before signing, move in at closing or start renting immediately. That is the main difference from most developments selling in Miami today, which deliver between 2027 and 2031.

A planned 184-acre community in North Miami, between Biscayne Boulevard and Biscayne Bay, next to Oleta River State Park. At its centre is a seven-acre crystal lagoon with a sandy beach. The rental rules — minimum term and number of rentals per year — are set by the condominium and are worth checking against the current documents before closing.
